ORDER:

 

                    The Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that due to some technical defect, he doesnot want to pursue with the present complaint. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.              In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to avail the remedy available under the law. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
