Sh. Harbhajan Singh, complainant appeared in person with counsel and has suffered a statement that he has read the statement suffered by Sh. P. K. Singla, Advocate counsel for OPs on 19.7.2021 and he agrees with the same. He does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same.

In view of the statement suffered by complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The Counsel for OPs are directed to make the payment of Rs. 29000/- towards the full and final settlement of the claim of complainant within 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. The parties will be bound by their statements. Copies of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs under the rules. File be indexed and consigned to record.
