 ORDER:

 

                   Today the learned counsel for the complainant has got the present complaint dismissed as withdrawn. However, as per the admission in the written statement a sum of Rs.37182/- is payable to the complainant. Therefore, the OP no.1 is directed to make the payment of the said amount of Rs.37182/- to the complainant, failing the complainant shall be entitled to interest @ 9%  per annum from the date of filing of the present complaint till its actual realization. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
