On 22.03.2023, the complainant has filed this M.A. case supported by an affidavit praying for an amendment of the complaint as mentioned in the schedule of the petition (MA/38/2023) on the ground that to incorporate the other legal heir of the deceased insured, the amendment is necessary.

The amendment sought for is very formal in nature and will not change the nature and character of the case.

Hence, it is

that this M.A. case being No.38/2023 be and the same is allowed on contest but without any cost.

Amend the complaint and register accordingly. Thus, the M.A. case being No.38 of 2023 is disposed of.
