ORDER

Complaint is allowed. The first O.P. is directed to pay to the complainant Rs.5,27,850/- (Rupees five lakhs twenty seven thousand eight hundred and fifty only) within two months, failing which such amount shall carry interest at 9% p.a. thereafter till the date of payment. The complainant shall submit all such documents necessary for processing the claim. As the registration certificate is, also, reportedly lost with the vehicle the complainant shall provide to the first O.P. with such other documents required by them from the police/regional Transport office. The period of two months stated above shall commence after the complainant submits the forms. The first O.P. is directed to pay the complainant damages for deficiency of Rs.5,000/- within two months from the date of this order failing which such amount shall carry interest at 9% p.a. thereafter till the date of payment. The first O.P. shall also pay cost of Rs.2,000/- to the complainant. Send a copy of this order to O.P. by RPAD and complainant by COP.
