Complainant present his adv present.Accused adv.deshpande present.The complaint is dismissed as per order passed Ex.1.The insurance co.OP preferred appeal bearing no A/07/561 against judgment and order passed in cc/156/2006 by forum and modified the order with direction settle the claim at Rs.82600/- as per assessment of surveyar.The insurance co /OP deposited Rs.25,000 on 21/6/2007 and Rs.57,600 by Demand Draft of Axis bank dt 10/10/2013 bearing no. 006966 in forum.There is no order of payment of interest on outstanding amount,hence there is compliance of judgment and order in cc/156/2006 which is modified in appeal bearing no A/07/561.Hence the application filed by insurance co/OP on 24/10/18 is allowed and present execution is dismissed and Accused is discharged.
