Complainant present in person and files a petition being Petition No 20/2019. Complainant through his petition No. 20/2019 prays for withdrawal of the case as both parties has settled amicably outside the court. Opposite Party has offered a sum of Rs 1000000/- as full and final settlement and Complainant has agreed and accepted the offer. Hence Complainant files this Petition/Application for withdrawal of the case. Petition allowed. Case disposed off on mutual settlement.
