ORDER

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the complainant seeks to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file the same before the appropriate/competent forum having jurisdiction to entertain the claim, after modifying the claim in a suitable manner.

          The complaint is disposed of as such with liberty as aforesaid.  The complaint shall be returned to the complainant for filing the same before the appropriate forum within 30 days from today after making suitable modifications.
