None has appeared on behalf of the appellant inspite of several calls, whereas learned counsel Sh. Deepak Ahluwalia for respondent has appeared.

A perusal of the order sheet depicts that the appellant is not appearing since a long time, hence, in the absence of the appellant, the appeal shall stand as dismissed.  No order as to costs.

A copy of the order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary information.
