              Shri Rajiv Kumar Gupta, Advocate for respondent placed on record copy of order dated 6.5.2019 passed by the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Haryana, Panchkula in FA No.817 of 2018, it shows before the Hon’ble State Commission, the next date of hearing is 19.8.2019 for furnishing correct address of the opponent No.4. It means decision of the FA may take time. No purpose will be served to keep pending this execution petition on the roster of this Forum. Therefore, petitioner shall be at liberty to file fresh execution after the decision of First Appeal No.817 of 2018, if situation warrants so. Record of this executuion petition is hereny ordered to be consgined to the records treating it unsatisfied.
