Present:      Shri Rohit Arya, Adv. for the complainant.

                                                                            

                  Complaint presented before the registry of this Commission on 28.02.2022 and put up before this Commission on today itself. It is hereby ordered to be registered against the registration number already allotted by the registry of this Commission.                                   

                   Complainant attached documents Ex.C-1 to C5 with the complaint.

                 Keeping in view even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint on same cause of action, after removing the technical defect, if any. One registered post envelope, addressed to the respondent, lying on the record, be returned to the complainant through counsel. File be consigned to the records.
