                   Mr. Nitin Sangwan Assist. Manager PNB Sonepat Road Rohtak made a statement that he produced three DDs i.e. DD bearing No.538623 dated 24.8.2021 amounting to Rs.4,03,770/- of Smt. Parminder, DD bearing 538624 dated 24.8.2021 amounting to Rs.2,01,885/- of Garv Malik and DD bearing No.538625 dated 24.8.2021 amounting to Rs.2,01,885/- of Khushi.

          In view of the above statement, ld. Counsel for the decree holder made a statement that he received three above said DDs, so he withdraws the present execution petition.  

          Keeping in view the statement made by ld. Counsel for the decree holder, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
