                        Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.50 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  In this case the OP has already  closed his evidence on 25.03.2016.  From the perusal of the order sheets, it is transpired that nobody is appearing on behalf of the complainant since 02.11.2015.  This case has already been adjourned for more than one year and 4 months in the absence of the complainant or his counsel to afford him opportunity to adduce evidence.  No further adjournment is justified in the absence of the complainant or his counsel for his evidence.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order. File be consigned to the records.
