           Sh. Amandeep Chhabra, Counsel for the Complainant, who is present along with Complainant, has made the following statement, recorded separately:-

 

“Due to technical defect, I do not press this complaint at this stage. It be dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file fresh complaint after removal of the defect.”

 

           In view of the above statement of Sh. Amandeep Chhabra, Counsel for the Complainant, this Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh Complaint, on the same cause of action after removal of technical defect, as per law.

     Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of charge and file be consigned to record room.
