                   Memo of appearance is filed by Counsel for JD No. 1. Sh. Ashish Arora, Branch Manager, SBI, Tehsil Siwan District Kaithal appeared in person along with Sh. Yaman K. Saini, Advocate and made a statement that as per order passed by Hon’ble District Commission, Kaithal he handed over a demand draft No. 854926 dated 08.02.2024 amounting to Rs.11000/- to the Ld. Counsel for Decree holder.

Ld. Counsel for Baljinder Singh, Malik, Advocate for decree holder made a statement that he received a demand draft No. 854926 dated 08.02.2024 amounting to Rs. 11000/- So, he does not want to pursue the present execution petition further and withdraw the same being fully satisfied. Nothing remains due against JDs no. 1 and 2. Ld. Counsel for JD No. 2 has already paid an amount of Rs.29704/- to the Ld. Counsel for decree holder.

                  In view of the above said statements, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be sent to both the parties, as per rule. File be consigned to record after due compliance
