                    Again none has put in appearance on behalf of appellant. Perusal of record reveals that this has been the state of affairs that the last consecutive four occasions when no one has appeared on behalf of appellant/then complainant. This shows perhaps, appellant is not interested to continue with the present appeal and that is why this appeal has been adjourned time and again for preliminary hearings and none has been come forward on behalf of the appellant to argue on admission of the same. As such, this appeal stands dismissed in limine.

2.                Summoned record sent back to the quarter concerned.

3                 Application(s) pending, if any, stands disposed off in terms of the aforesaid order.

4.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
