O R D E R

RAM SINGH CHAUDHARY, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

                   Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the matter could not be taken up on 13.05.2020, 25.08.2020, 10.11.2020, 29.01.2021, 19.04.2021,  and thereafter on 19.04.2021 the matter was adjourned for 01.10.2021.

2.                Learned counsel for the applicant-complainant has filed miscellaneous application bearing No. 152 of 2021 for  withdrawal of complaint No. C.C. No.372 of 2019, dated 11.11.2019, from this Hon’ble Bench with the liberty to approach appropriate forum in accordance with law.

3.                Heard on the above said application. Keeping in view of the contents of the applications and the contentions raised by learned counsel for the applicant-complainant present miscellaneous application bearing No.152 of 2021 stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.

4.                Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement to the effect that she may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh before appropriate authority on the same cause of action. Her statement in this regard recorded separately.

5.                In pursuance of the respective statement made by learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action before appropriate authority. However, limitation would not be a rider in filing afresh complaint.
