1.       Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that he wants to withdraw the petition as the defects in the petition have not been cured and he wants to file a better petition in due course of time.  

2.       In view of the submission made the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.  However, in the interest of justice liberty is granted to file a better petition within a period of eights weeks from today.  It may be observed that the period taken in filing the petition shall not be counted towards period of limitation.    

3.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the petition and to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
