Record is put up today by filing a put up petition by the DHRs.
DHRs also file another petition praying for withdrawal of awarded cheques, with full satisfaction, in favour of the DHRs and also files copy of Voter ID Cards individually along with original for their identification.
It appears from the record that the O.P. has deposited four (4) A/c payee cheques in favour of Parul Roy, Swapan Kumar Roy, Bidyut Roy and Susmita Mandal of Rs.100339/-, Rs.100338, Rs.100338, Rs.100338/- vide cheque Nos. 588161, dated 15.06.2015, 588162, dated 15.06.2015, 588163, dated 15.06.2015, 588198, dated 16.07.2015 respectively as awarded amount in favour of the legal heirs of deceased Fanibhusan Roy i.e. the complainant of the original case vide No. CC - 43/2012.
Peruse the petition, filed by the DHRs and verified the copies of Voter ID with the original. The original Voter ID Cards are return back to the DHRs.
Considered. The prayer for withdrawal of cheques is allowed.
Hence, it is
ORDERED
That the cheques stated above are handed over to the DHRs on proper receipt and on identification by their Ld. Lawyer.
Accordingly, the Execution Application being No. EA-10/2015 is thus disposed of with full satisfaction.
Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
