For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, delay in filing the revision petition is condoned.  

          Against the impugned order, Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. had filed revision petition Nos.3133/2011 and 3134/2011, which were dismissed by this Commission by a detailed order on 18.11.2011. By the impugned order, State Commission awarded a sum of Rs.9,72,000/- as against the claim of Rs.16,34,334/- assessed by the petitioner’s Chartered Accountant. The State Commission restricted the claim to Rs.9,72,000/- by giving detailed reasons with which we agree. There is no scope for enhancement of the compensation.

       Dismissed.
