Per Shri S.R. Khanzode, Hon’ble Presiding Judicial Member:

          This is one of the old cases which was called in the morning session as well as in the afternoon session at 2.44 p.m.  Both the parties are absent though intimation of today’s date is given to them through the Commission by registered post. Postal acknowledgement of Opponent which is received back is on record and it shows that receipt of said intimation by it. Intimation was sent to Complainant firm  on its given/mentioned address, returned unserved.

  Under the circumstances, complaint stands dismissed for default.
