            Today is fixed for taking steps for service of notice upon the OP-3. The OP-1&2 file a petition praying for time to file written version. Let the same be kept with the record. On behalf of the complainant a petition submitted by an affidavit has been filed praying to permit him to withdraw the case stating that the dispute involved in this case has been settled out of the Forum and at present the complainant has no grievance against the Ops. The copy of the petition has been served upon the OP-1&2. The Ld. Advocate of the OP-1&2 has raised no objection.

            In the above premises there is no bar to accept the petition. Hence, it is

that the petition filed this day on 27.6.2016 is allowed. Accordingly the complainant is permitted to withdraw the Consumer Complaint No. 54/2016 without any cost.

            The Consumer Complaint No. 54/2016 is thus disposed of on withdrawal.

            Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
