(1)        It is perhaps reported that the person having control over the business viz.Rajesh Keshavlal Soni, who is also signed and verified the complaint as a proprietor of M/s.K.P.Jewellers is dead.  His death occurred on 21/03/2010.  Since, it is a proprietory concern, the complaint is brought under trade name.  Hence, the complaint stands abated.
