The O.P. files hazira. But none appears from the side of the complainant on repeated calls.

It is now 2.45 Pm.

Today is fixed for further hearing and payment of cost of RS 500/- payable by the complainant.

On scrutiny of the record it appears that this case is pending since the first part of 2013 and several opportunities were given to the complainant to adduce evidence but he has failed  to adduce complete evidence in support of his case.

It further appears that on 11.3.14 the prayer of the complainant for adjournment was allowed for the ends of justice with cost Rs 500/-fixing this date for further hearing.

The cost imposed has not been paid and the evidence have not been adduce completely by the complainant.

Today the complainant is absent without any intimation.

In view of the above discussions it is clear that the complainant has lost his interest in this case. So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.

That the CC Case No. 20/2013 and the same is dismissed for default without cost.

Let  copy of this order be delivered to the parties free of cost.
