Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. On 26.10.2023 i.e first date of admission hearing the Complainant sought adjournemnt for filing some citation peraining to arising of cause of action in the present complaint.Howeve complainant failed to file the same and also failed to press the present complaint on the point of admission. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well for non prosecution.
