Today, the Member/Smt.Jyotsna is on leave. In the present case, neither the complainant nor his Counsel appeared despite the case was adjourned to different dates i.e. on 27.4.2023, 4.5.2023, 8.5.2023, 12.5.2023 and today i.e. on 16.5.2023 for preliminay hearing, even subject to last opportunity. The case has been called number of times since morning, but neither the complainant nor anyone on his behalf has come present. It seems that complainant is not interested in persuing the present complaint. Hence the present complaint is disposed of and file be consigned to the record room.
