Raj Kumar vs. OIC.

Present: Sh. Harinder Singh, Advocate, counsel for DH.

 

                        Counsel for the DH made a statement recorded separately that he has received a cheque bearing No. 026671 dated 31.05.2017  amounting to Rs. 44,370/- in compliance of order under execution application from the JDs. Now order under execution application has been fully complied with. Now, nothing remains due towards the JDs, so, he wants to withdraw the present execution application being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the DH, the present execution petition stands disposed of being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
