          Learned counsel for the appellant has stated that this appeal be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Rohtak because the insurance policy (Exhibit P1) was issued by the Divisional Office, The Oriental Insurance Company Limited, Rohtak. 

2.      It is ordered accordingly.

3.      The complainant shall have liberty to seek his grievances before the appropriate authority, as per law.  He can seek help for condonation of delay in accordance with law laid down in Laxmi Engineering Works Vs. PSG Industrial Institute – 1995(3) SCC 583.
