Statement of Bikram Singh, Complainant along with Counsel Sh.Amritpal Singh, Advocate has recorded that he has received an amount of Rs.1,10,000/- of his insurance claim. His claim is settled, hence he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.
