Both parties file hazira. The petition dated 29/08/2018 filed by the OP for giving opportunity to adduce oral and documentary evidence is taken up for hearing treating the same as M.A Case No. 43/2019.

            Heard both sides.

            Objection is raised by the Ld. Advocate/Agent of complainant and prayed for cost.

            We find that submission of oral and documentary evidence on behalf of the OP to prove their case.

            Accordingly the prayer is to be allowed with cost Rs. 500/.

Hence,

Ordered,

                                    that the petition dated 29/08/2019 filed by the OP for giving opportunity to adduce oral and documentary evidence i.e. MA Case No. 43/2019 is allowed. With cost of Rs. 500/-.

Thus the MA is disposed of accordingly.

            To 27/05/2019 for filing evidence and documents and payment of cost Rs. 500/ payable by the OP to the complainant.

Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
