During the course of proceedings, counsel for the opposite party stated that the complainant has not supplied bill of repair to the opposite party. So, the opposite party could not decide the claim of the complainant. Today, complainant has supplied the copy of repair bill to the opposite party alongwith form of claim intimation. Ld.counsel for the opposite party stated that opposite party be given two months time to decide the claim. Counsel for the complainant has stated that he has no objection if such direction is given to the opposite party.

Resultantly, this complaint is disposed of with directions to the opposite party to decide the claim case of the complainant within two months from the date of receipt of this order. Keeping in view peculiar circumstances of the case, parties are left to bear their own costs. Copies of the orders be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
