ORDER

09/01/2009 Complainant : SGB Opposite party: MKMR ORDER The learned advocate for the opposite parties filed memo stating that the claim put up by the complainant is pending for want of attested copies of vehicular documents and requested the insured vide letter dated 30.06.2008 to submit the documents for taking further action. The learned advocate of the opposite parties submitted that the complainant may be directed to submit all the required documents to the Regional Office of Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. and the company will settle the claim as per law after taking into consideration all the documents and the facts. This request is quite just, fair and reasonable. The claim is still pending before the opposite parties. Therefore, the complaint is premature one. In view of the above memo I pass the following order: ORDER The complainant is directed to submit all the required documents to the Regional Office, LEO shopping Centre, 44/45, Residency Road, Bangalore 25 for settling the claim. The opposite parties are directed to settle the claim of the complainant within 45 days with intimation to this forum. In view of the above direction the present complaint is closed and disposed off.
