A petition has been filed by complainant Priya Kalindi stating there in that she has filed instant case against O.P Oriental Insurance complainant Ltd. for the claim related with personal accident of her husband Tapas Kalindi further that after admission of the case O.P has settled her grievance and now she does not want to proceed with the case. Such averment has been stated supported with affidavit.

                                  Since complainant has settled her grievance with O.P amicably and does not want to proceed with this case any anger. So petition of the complainant stands allowed and case is hereby disposed of as settled. Office to consign the record in record room.
