  2. Oriental Insurance Company Limited ( A Govt.of India Undertaking ) having its Branch Office Queens Road, Amritsar through its Branch Manager.

  3. Punjab National Bank, Branch Office Kt.Bhai Sant Singh, Amritsar through its Branch Manager.

    Present : Sh.Pawan Beri, complainant with counsel Sh.Anil Bhatia, Adv.

    Sh.Sandeep Khanna,Adv.counsel for the opposite parties No.1 & 2

    Sh.Aman Prashar, Adv.counsel for the opposite party No.3

     

    File taken up in National Lok Adalat. On 27.5.2016, Sh.Sandeep Khanna,Adv.counsel for the opposite parties No.1 & 2 suffered statement that present claim case is pre mature and has not been repudiated till date by opposite parties No.1 & 2 and same is pending decision and that opposite parties No.1 & 2 may be given time period of 2 months to decide the claim of the complainant on merit subject to fulfillment of formalities at the end of the complainant. On 31.5.2016, Sh.Anil Bhatia, Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded statement withdrawing the complaint with liberty to file a fresh one at appropriate stage. As such, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn accordingly. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
