                        This is an application filed by OP for depositing 50% amount as ordered by the Hon’ble State Commission vide order dated 4.11.2009 passed in FA No.601 of 2009. The cheque of Rs.1,85,288/- dated 25.11.09 has been deposited in the bank account of the Forum. Notice was issued and the complainant has appeared in person with his counsel Sh.Harsh Tandon, Advocate. He has been informed about the details of the deposit and the order of the Hon’ble State Commission. The file be consigned.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties.
