                 Purusant to the non-compliance of the order of this forum dated 30.05.2017 passed in CC 20/2016 DH has filed execution application. In response to notice sent to JD1  counsel for JD1 appeared and  states that he is ready to make the payment of the decreetal amount and  Rs. 7750 to the Decree Holder as full and final decreetal  amount.  As the decree is satisfied nothing survives in this execution petition and the same is disposed off accordingly.

         Copy of this order be given to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
