ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed in part. The complainant is held entitled to Rs.90,400/- by way of compensation regarding the damages sustained to the vehicle in the accident along with interest at 12% p.a. with effect from 5.10.94 the date of filing the present complaint till the realisation, together with Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings in this case. Further the respondents shall pay Rs.90,400/- to the complainant by way of compensation regarding the damages sustained to the vehicle in the accident along with interest at 12% p.a. with effect from 5.10.94 the date of filing the present complaint till the realisation, together wtih Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceeding within two months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order, apart from bearing their own costs of this proceedings.
