Admittedly, the driver of the vehicle in question did not have a valid license to drive a car.  The license of the driver authorised him drive only an Auto-rickshaw.  I agree with the view taken by the State Commission that in the absence of a valid driving license, as on the date of the accident, the petitioner would not be entitled to get the relief.  State Commission has rightly dismissed the complaint.  Dismissed.
