Applicant as well as her counsel Mr.Aurangabadkar are absent. The record reflects that Non applicant No.1 though served is absent. Non applicant No.2 & 3 are not yet served and their notices returned back with remark 'left'. The appellant was directed to furnish new addresses of Non applicant No.2 & 3 but that order is not yet complied. Therefore, the application deserves to be dismissed for default. Moreoverl, this being an application for restoration of A.No.2055/00 which was dismissed for default, is being not tenable, deserves to be dismissed. There is no provision in Consumer Protection Act,1986 empowering State Commission to restore the appeal once dismissed for default. Hence the application stands dismissed. No order as to cost.
