             Both parties are present. Today is fixed for hearing and order. Accordingly Hd. and considered the case of both parties and it appears that the complainant prepared this petition of complaint is support of false and fraudulent document with an intention to get excess amount of award which is not permissible by the Forum and as such the same is liable to be rejected right now.

                          Hence,

                                     It is ordered,

                                                        That the case be and the same is dismissed on contest without cost.
