At this stage, ld. counsel for the complainant has made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

          “Stated that due to some technical defect, I withdraw the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant may kindly be given liberty to file fresh complaint.”

          In view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint after removing the technical defect. Extra sets of the complaint alongwith appended copies of documents be returned to the complainant. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room.
