Present:      

For the Complainants:    Sh.K.M.S. Brar, Advocate.

For the Opposite Parties: Sh.Satvir Singh, Advocate.

Compromise has been effected between the parties and at this stage ld. counsel for the Opposite Parties has made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

          “Stated that the matter has been compromised between the parties and in lieu of the compromise, the company is ready to pay the amount of Rs.24,000/- as full and final payment to the complainants till 31.05.2024 from today, subject to account details provided by complainants i.e. legal heirs of the deceased Raj Moahn, failing which, the company is liable to pay Rs.5000/- to the complainant for non compliance of the order.”

          On the other hand, ld. counsel for the complainant has made a following separate statement:-

          “Stated that I have heard the statement of ld. counsel for the Opposite Parties and agree with the same and complainants are ready to receive the amount of Rs.24,000/- as full and final payment of the claim in question. The complainants will provide their bank account details to the counsel for the Opposite Parties within a week.  As such, I withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.” 

In view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the parties, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Counsel for the parties shall remain bound by their statements. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
