Heard counsel for the Petitioner for some time. There are concurrent findings of two fora below. The findings are based upon the fact that the driver of the vehicle, who had met with an accident and in respect of which own damage claim was filed, did not have a valid driving licence. Both the fora below found that the driver of the vehicle, in question, had only a fake licence which was said to have been issued by RTO, Raipur. On the strength of the said fake licence. The driver of the said vehicle, in question, got it renewed through RTO, Durg. The law is in this respect is now well settled by the Apex Court in the case of National Insurance Company Ltd. V/s. Laxmi Narain Dhut (2007) 3 SCC 700 and National Insurance Company Ltd. V/s Harbhajan Lal IV 2008 CPJ 35 (SC) In view of this fact, I do not find any merit in this revision. The revision is dismissed with no order as to costs.
