It be dismissed as withdrawn. However, I reserve my right to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before a competent Forum having jurisdiction of the matter.” In view of the said statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before a competent Forum having jurisdiction of the matter, as per law.
