Heard Counsel for the parties.  Counsel for the petitioner submits before us that the petitioner had, in fact approached wrong Forum for redressal of his grievance, inasmuch as the said Forum did not have territorial jurisdiction.  On instructions from the petitioner who is present alongwith her father-in-law, counsel for the petitioner states that revision may be allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to approach the District Forum having territorial jurisdiction in the matter.  In view of the same, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the revision petition with liberty, as sought. 

The revision is disposed of with no order as to cost.
