During the course of arguments, it has been pointed out by the ld.counsel for the opposite party that opposite party has not decided the claim case of the complainant because the complainant has not submitted the requisite documents with the opposite party. Opposite party is ready to decide the claim case of the complainant if the complainant submits the requisite documents with the opposite party. Ld.counsel for the complainant submitted that complainant is ready to submit the documents to the opposite party.

So, with the consent of both the counsels for the parties, present complaint is disposed of with directions to the complainant to submit the relevant documents to the opposite party within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of orders and the opposite party is directed to decide the claim case of the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of documents from the complainant. Keeping in view the peculiar circumstances of the case, parties are left to bear their own costs. Copies of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
