          Counsel for the petitioner contends that the foras below have eared in directing to deduct the salvage value of Rs.30,000/- from the payable compensation as the insurance company kept the matter pending for 18 months.

          We do not agree with this submission.  Petition has                    been ordered to be paid the damages to the tune                                         of Rs.4,13,947/- minus the salvage value.   Salvage value has to be

deducted from the amount of compensation payable.  There is no infirmity in the order passed by the foras below.  Revision petition is dismissed.
