ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. The complaitn is allowed in part. The complainant is held entitled to the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- together with the behefits admissible under the terms and conditions of the comprehensive insurance policy of the complainant's car bearing No. K.A.09-M2260 and Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings from the respondent. The respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- together with the benefits admissible under the terms and conditions of the comprehensive insurance policy of the complainant's car bearing No.K.A.09-M-2260 and Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings to the complaiannt, within two months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order, apart from bearing its own costs. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D.immediately.
