          Complainant has filed the present revision petition.

          Complainant purchased a Maruti Car from the previous owner for a sum of Rs.2 Lac.  The said car was insured in the name of previous owner.  After purchasing the car, petitioner got it registered in his own name but did not get the policy of insurance transferred in his name within 14 days as per provisions of GR-17 of India Motor

Tariff which came into force w.e.f. 30.6.2002 and Section 157 of Motor Vehicle Act.  The District Forum as well as the State Commission have come to the conclusion that the petitioner did not have an insurable interest.

            We agree with the view taken by the foras below and find no infirmity in the impugned order.  Revision petition is dismissed.
