The case record is taken on the strength of a memo/advance petition filed by the Advocate on behalf of the complainant and he was also prayed to hand over the cheque issued by the oriental insurance co ltd(Op) as decretal amount of Rs 20,000/-(rupees twenty thousand) only towards full and final settlement.Accordingly office to handover the same to the complainant after maintaining the official procedure. Accordingly the case is dropped.
